Current price list applies to the UK mainland only. Notice will be given regarding price increases, but should unavoidable production costs increase, prices may be subject to change without prior notice.
Shade takes available on special request and can be carried out at the practice or the laboratory by appointment only. Prices available on request.
Errors on accounts must be notified within 14 days.
Payment terms are strictly 14 days from receipt of invoice.
Goods supplied shall remain the property of the laboratory until purchaser has paid the full price thereof, as well as any other payment due to the laboratory.

Please ensure that all impressions are disinfected before they leave the surgery.
Prices quoted include postage; posted from the laboratory, or collection and delivery within local areas – please ask for more details.
12 month guarantee for all NHS work.
3 year guarantee for all other work.
