Emergency Care at A & D Dental Practice
We recognise that emergency situations do arise and we will do everything we can to respond to your dental problem as quickly as possible. You do not have to be registered at our practice in order to book an emergency appointment.
If you require urgent dental treatment please call the practice as soon as possible on 0115 841 5064 so that we can arrange an appointment for you. If you contact the surgery outside our normal opening hours please leave a message on our answering machine. We will respond to your request once the practice is open.
Our dentist is able to provide urgent treatment to patients outside normal opening hours, however this will be charged at a higher rate. For details on the cost of emergency treatment please refer to our pricing guide. We accept patients who are a member of Denplan for emergency treatment if you are eligible under the terms and conditions of your insurance.
Please note that we are a private dental practice and are therefore unable to offer NHS patients any free or discounted treatment. We are happy to see any NHS patients on a private basis for urgent dental treatment.
If you have difficulty getting to our Practice – perhaps you’re disabled, live in a care home, housebound or you suffer from panic attacks or dental anxiety – we have a solution for your dental needs. Our Home visit service is available seven days a week.
